I hoped this OS would actually become both good and fun, but it turns out the guy was turned into a racist religious schizo. I wonder what the OS would like like if he had only been an atheist? Would the random generator he called an oracle instead draw random words from the God Delusion and be called chaos theory X?
But I can respect this guy for being so devoted to his passion project and doing a hell of a lot of work. This is truly outsider art. It’s amazing to think the homeless guys all around you might be making stuff like this..
But he was a Catholic who said he became an atheist, and then later claimed he heard from God and became Christian again. So I think you should be skeptical if you think you hear from God, particularly once you’ve advanced in age and it becomes more likely you’re developing mental illness. As long as these people are harmless…I guess you can ignore these lunatics. (I truly wish internet trolls hadn’t made him think Physics Girl wanted to marry him.)
